IODrone offers professional drone filming and photography services, aerial inspections, and event coverage. All services are subject to availability and favorable weather conditions.
The client must provide safe access to filming locations, obtain necessary permits when required, and comply with all local civil aviation regulations.
All material produced by IODrone remains under our intellectual property until full payment. Once paid, usage rights are transferred to the client as agreed in the specific contract.
IODrone operates with professional equipment and certified insurance. We are not responsible for damages caused by adverse weather conditions, electromagnetic interference, or other factors beyond our control.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. No refunds for same-day cancellations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after posting on our website.
